When I raise my vassals armies none of the units have any leaders. Is this working as intended? And is there anyway I can make it so that there are leaders for these armies?

no ideas folks?

I mean that in a war for example only myself land two other of my vassals are actually involved in the war... a bit immersion breaking when 99 percent of your vassals sit the war out in their home keeps.

Does anyone have an idea? in vanilla it doesn't seem to be an issue.

You can assign them to lead. It would honestly be more annoying if they auto-filled leader slots, as during battles the flank leaders are prioritized by feudal ranking rather than martial skill, leading to your massive army entering into battle being led by a 2 martial inbred High Lord as opposed to your 26 martial lord.

i know you can assign them to lead, that isnt the thing i was asking about, rather i was talking about how only three leaders from the whole kingdom are actually at the war, so, i have an army in the riverlands, my best three martials are leading its flanks and centre, everyone else sits at home.

i just find it infuriating, and rather unrealistic.
