Vassal stance totals skip over some actions

Description​

The vassal stance totals, which are supposed to give you a breakdown of what modifiers affect the opinion of all vassals of that stance, disregard some actions. For example, the breakdown for zealous vassals skips over "learn language" opinion boosts, even though they show up in the character sheet of a particular zealous vassal.

Steps to reproduce​

Hover over the zealous vassal breakdown after having learned a language.

The breakdown only counts for permanent Opinion modifiers and not temporary.

The learnded language modifier is only temporary.
