Title says it all. I've had vassals mysteriously contract rebelliousness even when they haven't complained to me about my heavy handed rule (and my liege has no realm duress). As far as I can tell the only event with no obvious feedback that should give them rebelliousness is 6451, which shouldn't fire if the liege has more than 5000 prestige. As Byzantine emperor this is frequently the case. Am I missing something else that can cause rebelliousness with no feedback to the player, or is this trigger not working?

It could be that, these vassals have just inherited the title and then they are at 50% loyalty which could then give them rebelliousness
