very annoying! please help!

ok so ive been playing for nearly 20-30 hours now and all of a sudden theres a pop up saying "you have lost some of your power amongst your subjects, giving them more freedom."

but there is NO ok or close button the game is paused and i cant get rid of this pop up and if i reload the game it just happens again 2 ingame days later wtf is this?? how can i fix or close this window is there some special key bind for closing pop ups?


if i cant fix this i will have to quit playing the game, hope someone can help

I'm not aware anyone else is seeing this problem. You could try the ESC or RETURN keys I suppose.

What version and checksum show in the main game menu? Do you have the game from Steam or GG?

We have some serious problems with finding this event/bug. Are you playing a modded game?

If no, then please attach a screenshot.
