Twice now, when I have restored a saved game in a solo game, every time I try to return from the Trade or Diplomacy screen to the normal gameplay screen, I am instead left in the Trade screen -- this despite the fact that text messages are informing me that the game is going on around me.
This makes the game unplayable, of course, so I have to start over. And just for the record (in case anyone from the team actually reads these posts), at least one of the two of these games was _not_ saved at the Trade screen. The other was an Autosave.
I am still hoping that there will be a response to the forced loans I get in all games, by which I mean I am given a loan I did not request. As I noted in my other thread, in one case I was given eight loans in four years or so, despite the fact that the theoretical limit to loans is five.
Do any players have any comments on ths?
