Okay so I went to play the game with a friend. Started the game and noticed I did not get my ruler creator DLC.
Okay no problem. Verified integrity of cache and it said everything was good. So I deleted the DLC folder and the CK2.exe and tried again. Still said everything was good. So I deleted the entire CK2 folder, verified cache and steam still said it was good.
At this point it was obvious something was wrong. So I uninstalled the game via steam.
Hit install and steam tells me the servers are busy. I try a different game and the install starts right away.
I've checked the steam properties and it says the download is starting and the game is taking 749 MB, yet there is only one file in the folder and it is 1kb.
Any ideas? I'm going to restart to see if that helps.
