Vic 3 Crashing

Recently after the 1.5 updates, my Vic 3 has been crashing non stop, i cant even chose a country to play without immediately crashing. i turned off every mod and still get the same issues, i tried another piece of advice and set my cpu's to 0-14, which has solved my other problems in the past.
i have posted some errors i got from \Users\name\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Victoria 3\logs

i am not to great with computers so i apologize in advance if i am unhelpful.

Edit: the game will let me chose a country to play sometimes, but i never make it past February before crashing

Right click on victoria3.exe , properties, compatibility. Tick "disable fullScreen optimisations" untick every other box in that dialog, Apply and exit.
Then in the launcher Game Settings menu, select fullScreen display mode, Vsync off, cap refresh rate at 60.

DXDIAG is a program you run from the Windows search box on the task bar. After running it will open a window and start collecting info with a progress bar in the lower-left corner. When it completes click the 'save all information' button and save it to a file then attach that file here.

Please attach here your Documents/Paradox Interactive/Victoria3/pdx_settings.json .
From your Documents/Paradox Interactive/Victoria3/logs/ folder, attach here system.log , error.log , exceptions.log

Sorry for the long delay! i work an emergency service job so i dont get too much free time.

I sent the files as requested but couldn't find the exceptions.log in the same folder, could it possibly be in a different one?

edit: forgot to mention, i tried disablefullScreen optimisations and the other settings, but still had the issue

The only doubt I have is what bios you have, as that does not show in your dxdiag for some reason. But please try the ideas in taht post, and post in that thread if you need more detail or help in doing that.
