Vic 3 not updating

I downloaded the divergences mod through steam, ever since doing this I am unable to update the game. I have automatic updating on I have tried to uninstall and reinstall and none of this is working. Image is what game looks like on steam for me.

You need to opt out of any betas through the steam game options.
