It looks more Art Nouveau to me, which I think comes at a reasonable midpoint for the game and is more visually distinctive than Victorian historicism.

According to Wiz understanding, the arts designer used "Art Deco and Art Noveau" as inspiration.

I really hope there will be that touch which made Victoria II unique. I'm afraid of it being some sleek, siny, but empty husk of a game like Imperator was.

I want to believe, but using an Arabic number for the game instead of a Roman for the logo goes against the rules of Paradox.
