I would love to have the Victoria 2 Soundtrack in the game but its missing from the Music player. Do I have to download it separately soomewhere? Thanks!

I did not preorder, but wasn't it made available to everyone? I had it during the free weekend for the latest dlc release. When I bought the game afterward it was missing, but I thought it was supposed to be free?

I already checked the integrity of the files and the dlc didn't show up in the dlc folder.
