Victoria 3 Expansion Pass DLC - Sphere of Influence - Missing in Steam Family Sharing

Hi,

My brother recently bought the Expansion Pass from Steam.


In his steam copy it shows all the correct DLC he got.
How ever in my account it displaying wrong DLC.

Is this a BUG ? How to fix ?




Buyer Account DLC shows:
American Buildings Pack
Colossus of the South
Dawn of Wonder
French Agitators Bonus Pack
Melodies for the Masses Music Pack
Sphere of Influence <<<< this is different from my list
Voice of the People



Shared Account DLC shows:
American Buildings Pack
Colossus of the South
Dawn of Wonder
French Agitators Bonus Pack
Melodies for the Masses Music Pack
Victoria II Remastered Songs <<<< instead of the latest DLC - SoI
Voice of the People

That is a pre-order bonus item. Did either of you pre-order the game?

That aside,it looks like this is indeed a bug:

Please add your details there, hopefully the devs can look into it when Paradox return from their summer break in early August.

I don't think we have pre-ordered the base game.
My brother's copy doesn't appear to have this pre-order bonus DLC.

I believe that's a ID mismatch or something.
