When I play Victoria 3, the game and together with it also my pc freeze completely sometimes in first 5-10 minutes, somethings I can play up to 30 minutes. But all of my play sessions end with a crash. Sometimes everything freezes and only thing I can do is just shutting down my pc by pressing the power button. Other times everything freezes except my mouse, and my mouse can move very slowly, but I can't do anything else with the mouse, so I have to shut down my pc again by pressing the power button.

- AMD Ryzen 7 5700X3D
- NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070
- Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 32GB (2x16GB) DDR4 3600MHz CL18
- I have deleted the game and installed again
- Did Steam game file integrity verification
- Windows 11 is updated to the latest version
- Nvidia GPU driver is installed to the latest version
- Tried different Windows 11 graphical settings like turning off & on Auto HDR, Optimization for windowed games, Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling
