I have no mods my version is 15.1 sequoia checked game files yes even if I did that it still takes me to a black screen I have no mods at all playing the game like a normal person any fix or is it a system issue or a game issue had any have the same issue

So it looks like the launcher starts. So what happens exactly when you press play?
Moved to Tech Support.
Then when it starts the game it takes me to the normal vic3 and when I pick sandbox mode or other game modes it completely stops
So I got help from one of the support staff I did a clean reinstall and verify my files and set a exception in the antivirus folder and made sure no mods where on and it works thank y'all so much
