10, I haven't start even one game after I bought it

Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
It seems to be a problem related to the resolution. Every time after I launch the game, it will stuck on the initializing screen, I can even move my mouse and I can hear the sound when the mouse overlaps buttons in the main menu. When I click those buttons I can hear the response but the image on my screen remains the same.

In addition, there will be many black spots on my screen when I launch the game using the full screen option. There is a small change that i can see the main menu if I use a specific resolution and launch the game with the window option. Also, there are a few time i successfully enter the main menu, but when I change the game setting from window to full screen in the setting, the game crashes.

By the way, I can run HOI4 and EU4 smoothly on my Mac.

If your model of Mac only has an Intel video system, that is probably the cause of your problem. This game now only usesw Vulkan as a renderer, not openGL any longer. And Vulkan does not run well or in some cases at all on Intel video Macs. FYI this game has never been supported on that hardware platform since release, so really it's a matter of luck that it ever worked!

If that is the situation all you can do is revert to the previous game version in the Steam betas tab for the game. Or play on any other machine you have access to with supported hardware.


If however that is not the case - ie that your Mac has AMD video - that's a different matter; let us know here and we'll look into your case more closely.
