Victoria II remastered soundtrack not included in pre-order

It seems my pre-order of Victoria 3: Grand edition does not include the soundtrack DLC. I have talked with the retailer and they claim that the bonus DLC are yet to be released at a later date (which as I understand is not true). Can you please clarify if the Victoria 2 soundtrack is already released and working?

It is already released so you should have it. I'm assuming you bought the key from a store that isn't actually partner of ours which means you didn't get a pre order key, you got a release key. That's nothing we can sort for you but if you send me the key (in a private message) I can check it on Steam and confirm if this is the case or not.
