Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
Can’t log into paradox in game to play multiplayer, even though I’m logged in at launcher, it’s won’t log in in the game. In photo, email is removed for privacy.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Just started the game and it’s like this.

Could you please attach more information regarding your client? For example, attaching any possible logs so we can verify what's causing this issue.

Also, please check that the title is updated, as the version you have reported it under, it's not the latest one.

Thank you for the response. How can I provide the log to help verify the issue? And what is the latest version of the game? I have 1.2.7 with no updates needed or anything and other players I’ve asked have version 1.2.7.

Hi! This is a network/firewall-related issue. Moving the thread to Tech Support so that you can receive better assistance

We have three possible workarounds that may solve it:

Disable IPv6
- Close Vic3
- Go to Control Panel > View Network status and tasks > Change adapter settings (left side)
- Find your Hamachi Connection and Disable it
- Find your Internet connection adapter (for me, it was WiFi)
- Right click your internet adapter and select properties
- Scroll down to find "Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6) and uncheck the box
- Select Ok
- Start up Vic3 and should work.

Disable all other network adapters
Go to Windows Control panel.
Click on Network & Internet.
Click on View Network Status.
Quick Tip: You can also quickly access these settings by right-clicking the network icon in the taskbar and selecting the Network & Internet settings option.
Click on Change adapter options.
Right-click all network adapters that are not connected to the internet and select the Disable option.


Use a VPN
- Obtain a VPN
- Set the country to the US (why this works is also an enigma ><)
- Start the game
- Sign in and see if it "sticks"
