Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
The game jumps to the desktop during the loading screen after hitting the play button in the launcher. There were one or two occasions when I can enter the game. When I try to start the game by getting into the country selection screen, it again does the same and jumps to the desktop.
Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
