Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
The game opens up to the main menu, but when a country is selected, it simply does not show the screen. Only a screen with clouds or steam appears (I don't know for sure) that loads forever to a point where you can hear the game commands, but nothing appears.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
It's really easy - start the game, and then select a country to play. After you start, the clouds will open and the game will freeze.

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?

Right click on Victoria3.exe , properties, compatibility. Tick "disable fullScreen optimisations" untick every other box in that dialog, Apply and exit.

Then in the launcher Game Settings menu, select fullScreen display mode, Vsync off, cap refresh rate at 60.


IF that doesn't help:
DXDIAG is a program you run from the Windows search box on the task bar. After running it will open a window and start collecting info with a progress bar in the lower-left corner. When it completes click the 'save all information' button and save it to a file then attach that file here.

Here it is! I didn't find the exceptions.log file in the folder, so I attached all the other ones you asked.

I uninstalled the game and reinstalled again, the error persists.

In there we see this Mac only has an Intel 4000 video system, which is not supported hardware for this game:

• Processor: Intel® Core™ i5-6500
• Memory: 8 GB RAM
• Graphics: AMD® Radeon™ R9 M380 (2GB)

Unless you have access to a machine that meets these requirements, please seek a refund from where you bought the game.
