Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
I have Diplomatic interest in La Plata and colonization Rights in Tehuelche, but can not start colony nor can I use wargoal for claim revokation.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Argentina/Chile have claims in La Plata, have diplo interest there as Germany, can't start revoke claim diplo play nor add revoke claim WG

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?

Thank you for reporting this! It looks like you can use Revoke Claim, but only as a secondary War goal if you start another play (for example to conquer an Argentinian state). This appears to be unintended, and we've added it to our bug database for the team's review on the intended functionality.

Can't verify it right now, but I'm pretty sure I couldn't add it as secondary wargoal as well (in 1.2.1 at least)

It's likely only in 1.2.2, since until now the war goal was only allowed for your own states. Trying it out on our end, I was able to declare war on Argentina and add a revoke claim goal for La Plata state

Been a year and I still cant' do this. I wanted to revoke claims from my own protectorate Morocco but the option wasn't in the plays list. So I had to start something else and then add it as a secondary.

It is rather silly that there aren't any overlord actions for revoking vassal claims. also that vassals can take independent diplomatic actions like support independence too.
