Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
At the first launch, the Russian language was automatically selected. After the release the next day when the game starts, the language is English. I looked at pdx_settings.json, but it's empty.

Same, it even selects 2k resolution, but it marked red. Also files changing do nothing

Same for me, seems like the file is not getting updated or created. Maybe has something to do with having a special character (á) in the document folder name (because of my windows user name)?

My Windows Latin alphabet user name does not use any special characters and I have this problem.

My user pc name is "PC", so the problem is not in the name.

I also have this issue, all settings are reset upon restart. I have a special character (ö) but I'm not sure that it matters.

It seems related to the fact that you cannot change the language and the configuration in the launcher (parameters section) when you restart.

It seems that the game at startup, instead of reading the settings file, simply rewrites it empty.
