don't get me wrong, anyone reading this thinking they know alot about networking, i did everything basic i know plus afew advanced techniques to fix this, it's not like we can't play online at all, we're getting internet, we can play any other game multiplayer jest fine, it's jest for some reason hoi2 and victoria online in any facet dosn't work anymore, on vyalk net and internet options. im about to jest try geting doman names and stuff so our routers can link our networks to try the lan option but at our present luck its probably jest another waste of time. and i didn't rush the proces, took 9 hours to back track what we change'd try ports try dmz server, try diffrent hosts for each, finnaly eliminated the routers from the equation and we both direct connected to modem, tryed again, it was incredible. in the end he gave up about ready to jest delete all the games and forget they existed. so here i am exshausted all posabilitys shy of the lame excuse that the programs to blame, i know victoria 1.04 is new and i installed VIP on to it, tryed to delete them and jest stay with 1.04 in the restall but VIP was magicly still there. thats the only related issue that was out of place in my mind overlooking the whole disaster. :wacko:
