Have had the game for a month or so - initially it worked fine, but now strange video behaviours causing the game to be unplayable. Emailed technical support who said I should post in a forum (???!!!!) so I'm expecting a response from Paradox here then apparently - if not, will be asking for my money back...

Attached are the dxdiags, and some screenshots to see what the errors look like.

Have already:

-deinstalled and reinstalled the game.
-tried reinstalling the video drivers
-tried regressing the video drivers to previous versions
-ran memory card diagnostics

Have no idea what this is...

Have included pictures of the screen - can anyone tell me if this is a video card problem, a problem with the motherboard, or what?

Can you make a screenshot not using a camera?
If you have steam, just press F12 to get a screenshot. If you have another version of the game, you can use Fraps.
Also, please post here your log_metro.txt file. (located at "C:\Users\%username%\Documents\Cities In Motion").
Another thought: Try lowering your graphic settings.

It looks like a problem with the video card. Do other games work fine? If it's a combatibility issue with the game and display driver lowering graphic settings may help, altough that card should run the game fine with full settings.
