Vivtoria alone or with expansion?

Considering buying this game, but wonder if I should buy the first only or get the complete pack(that cost almost 3 timse as much, though still cheap, 15 punds inclusive shipping).

Does the game change a lot with the expansion or not so much? EU3 is almost like an entire new game with the expansions, but I have no ide what changes in this game.

Yes it does change. I strongly recommend you to buy Victoria with the expansion.

Yes, buy Complete one, I bought V alone at start but when I bought complete pack I was slighly confussed with new gameplay. Start with VR. Don't play V vanilla.

In addition, you may want to also download the VIP mod for the game... it adds quite a bit of neat events and other items to enhance the game.
