when i go into a channel on vnet, the chat dose not show up and nor does the player list(even my name). Is this a fault in my connection or in the vnet sever?

the channle (EU2_WAR) has NOTHING in it. no chat(not even my own...), no players on the player list (not even ME), and of course no games in the game list. it's like i'm not connected but i am.
