for germany in any game, does anyone know if they could please please make a new sprite for it. ive posted in the sr forum about this and got a few nods of approval but no real action. could any of you talented sprite makers out there make a decent looking volkstrum sprite. id be more than willing to help with research and pictures to work off of

Maybe you should specify somewhat what you'd want the Volksturm sprite to look like. There was no specific "Volksturm uniform", most likely they were generally issued mod. '44 standard field uniform (if any), used by most Wehrmacht and Waffen-SS forces from approximately the spring of 1944.

If you built German militia prior to 1945 collapse it would also probably look kind of strange if it showed a hotchpotch of uniform and civilian clothing.

I'm not a spriter though and regrettably sprite design seems not to be pursued very much anymore (I have my own requests if you might have noticed).

Is there a FAQ on making sprites or something?

Because I would like a sprite for the ME110. And if there is a FAQ I maybe can try to make it myself.

yea at stony road there is, but thats for tanks, i have no clue how to make an infantry one or human. and for the volksturm i was thinking long overcat and helmet covering face, then a rifle or a panzerfaust as its weapon

I think a new militia sprite should have been made long ago. It is one of the most important sprites to make because of the current horrible militia sprite. Cmon people who make sprites! Make us a new militia sprite!
