Black and White definately. It is different to the Pirate tag, but is similar enough to still have the feel of PIRATES!!!

Set sail from Tortuga m'lads and lets plunder some gold!

Oh and I am ambivelent on the flag. I am not sure on the torn flag, but it would seperate it from the Pirates (why, actually give the Pirate tag the torn flag and have your pirate nation have the untorn flag (so they are both easily discernable, and the torn one will do for the pirate tag).
