Vp bug

Ok, so in my game, I have 1500 vp or so ( With Poland-Lithuania in 1501) When I press f1, it's all fine.

But when I quit the game, I see that I have still 1500, but the probleme is, that the second on the run, is Timurid, with 500, but they are long gone, annexed by Persia. What's the matter !!!

I'm not sure this is a bug; the Tims do get 500vps for some event, but whether they are supposed to be removed from the list when they are absorbed or eliminated I don't know.
