[VV 2.1] Build Temple mission not checking province's religion

It's kind of weird that Senate wants me to build a Temple in a province which isn't of my state religion. I don't think they should force me into strengthening foreign religious.

I think that this mission should check if the province if of your state religion and launch only for provinces that worship same gods as you do...

Building temple missions should be limited to provinces with the state's religion. It doesn't make sense otherwise.

It would make sense if the temple raised the chance of converting to the state religion.
