It's not a bug, more a desired feature. I posted about this in general forum a while ago but got no response, that's why I'm bringing this up here.
It would be very nice if people with titles were filtered out in unemployed tab.
This way we wouldn't have to scroll down through five dozens of people to find those few who don't have titles yet.
If you are a Republic and don't want to be overrun by populists, it's something you should be doing all the time. I do it at least two or three times each year. And going through a list of everybody unemployed in my country to find one or two that need titles is quite tiring.
We could even use a special tab for people who 1. are adult men 2. don't have a job nor a title yet. It could even be signalled with a flag saying that "You have adult men in your country who are waiting to be assigned a title" just like we now get info about having no invoked Omen...
It would really reduce lots of useless micromanagement and scrolling down. Plus it would help players to keep their character pool in check and prevent most of characters going populist...
Please consider it for the next patch, whenever that might come.
