A. You need to sleep, there are bags under Your eyes showing. When I wake up in the morning, and read Your nightly bugreports, my cereals dry up.
B. You provide two screenshots, featuring characters which are not existent in Your attached savegame.
C. For debugging purposes, in this case: be sure that Your "messagetypes.txt", within the "interface" folder, sports:

It'll be easier to spot issues, should You have different settings.
D. Ambitions
are actually reported in savegames. To find exactly which active, and past ambitions Your character featured: check His name (let's say "Ptolemy Keraunos"), look for His character ID, in the savegame ("290001"). Matching His ID (searching for it) will eventually lead You to His "active_objective" entries.
E. Load Egypt, in the 474 scenario: several characters should feature "Seneschal", "Huntsman", etc. ambitions. Those ambitions are clearly displayed in the interface, and You are notified when they satisfy them. I personally also get notifications, when those characters fill their ambitions. Don't You.
F. If You save the Egyptian start, You will notice a plethora of character featuring "cupbearer" or "huntsman" as objective - in the savegame.
