VV Censor being imprisoned bug

I had a CTD playing my Roman campaign. I had one of my Censors being a Legate as well, taken prisoned in a battle with the barbarians. Looking at the Government screen I noticed that he was flickering as a censor and when I try to appoint a new one instead of him I had a CTD.

You guys want any information from the logs or is this enough. I have saved all the information from the game if anything is needed.

You appointed a character as Censor, He also happened to be a General. He was taken prisoner by barbarians (not by any nation, but by "barbarians") and yet He still showed in the Government screen.

His portrait flickers, and when You click on it - the game crashes.
