When I 'grant title' the character in question seems to lose it immediately after while keeping the loyalty gain. Rinse and repeat up to 100% loyalty.

I restarted two games as Rome and the same thing occured. Was able to grant Pointifex and Augur without the characters losing them. But could spam the other 3 since they weren't staying with whatever character I granted it to.

You're absolutely right, it was reported and will hopefully be fixed soon.
Meanwhile, You can fix it Yourself by downloading a new "title.txt" here. You will need to move and overwrite that file, to Rome's installation path, within the "common" folder.
