Just what the hell is happening to my heirs? As Bosporan Kingdom I've had 4 sons, all of them died one by one after declared heir apparent(all of them very young). Then my relative became heir apparent and he kicked the bucket after few years. His sons shared the same faith(again, very young). My strategos(although old) got in line and he died too.I don't believe this is just misfortune

I don't know if increased mortality rate is WAD for heirs but even it is,this really broke my game beyond repair.I've had a civil war because of this and I'm entering into another one despite having a excellent and popular ruler.I've also read in another thread someone else had a similar situation as Sparta.

I had a nice game going on as Macedonia and my heirs now die faster, than wild barbarians reducing the civ-value in the suebi cities...
In the end baldy, lonesome vandals ruled my country and were forced to cast hellenistic omens although sticking to their true religion: shamanism.
With every emphasis I would like to see a shorter lifespan, more hair on "tribal" rulers and a dumping tax on assasins for every pretender to the throne.

Heirs Dropping Like Flies

I've also experienced this problem as Egypt in a multiplayer game, with my heirs (especially the males) dropping like flies. It caused a massive civil war which I don't think I can win.

So to remind people: the issue has been reported (and has been addressed). If You can't bear the thought of waiting for a patch, head to the modding forum where Mate0815 has cooked up a hotfix.
