Playing Prussia in the GC, I pushed rich taxes to 100%.

I did the test in the state of Westpreussen.

There there are four provinces;

Deutsch Krone
Danzig
Elbing
Torun

Elbing held 1000 North German Aristocrats.

The output in each of the provinces was as follows;

Deutsch Krone - Grain - 0.18 (2 pops)
Danzig - Fish - 0.23 (6 pops)
Elbing - Cattle - 0.20 (6 pops)
Torun - Grain - 0.54 (4 pops)

Eventually when the Aristocrats devolved, the situation in Elbing changed slightly. First there was a merging, then 2 seperate 108 pops were created, so eventually there was 7 pops.

The output changed to 0.24 in Elbing.

The output elsewhere did not change at all.

This test shows;
Aristocrats do not effect the efficiency of provinces, state-wide.

Whether Aristocrats effect output of the RGO in their own prov is inconclusive.

It's obvious that Aristocrats ought to effect state wide the RGO's just like Capitalists. :D

Yeh pretty easy to reporduce. However I must do one more thing before I am satisfied that this is a problem.

No it's not. Aristos only effect the province not the state.
Well...c'est la vie :D

You would think that they would be comparable to capitlists but I guess the gods have spoken :)
