War Exhaustion Bug?

I recentely started a new game as Catuvellauni and I was a month into the game, not at war and not allied or trading with a warring faction, when I noticed I was suffering from +0.31 War Exhaustion. This then increased to +0.51 in the following month or so. Is this right?

Can you post a saved game from the same time as your screenshot please?

I had a horrible feeling that you would request that. I cleared out my savegame file to prepare for a fresh start when VV is released. I'll try another game and see if it happens again. Sorry!
