War (with Ally)

Whenever I am declared on, A message comes up saying if I want to call my ALLYS to enter the war on my side?

1) I just declared war on another nation, how do I get my allys to join me?

2) My allys just entered a war and I want to help. How do i enter the war on my ALLY side?

the answer to both questions are that a little box will appear in the top right of the screen just when war is declared, click it and you'll get the rest

Set the call ur allies message as a pop up.
