We have to postpone the game till next weekend. The leaderdeaths - if we play past 1941 it would be nice if German and Italian leaders don't start dropping like flies for no reason.

Ehh, same for other country leaders... and i shouldn't have lost Tukchachevsky as tech team, because i did not purge, for example. Do you know how to easy edit only part of endyear entries?
I don't think there is an easy way of editing only part of the entries - though it depends how you define "part". The simplest way would be to do a find & replace for specific deathdates (say over 1942) in a text editor, which is what we can do. Exceptions can be edited by hand. The alternative would be to write a parser in for example perl for the savefiles - this would allow for more specific criteria, but spending more than 30 minutes on this process for a one time edit of a save file is a waste of time.
Saturday's ok, although i will have to leave earlier. But this time we can count on earlier start, too 
Orthank appears to feel that playing 1.1 is pointless, and we should wait for a new patch. So I guess we can call it quits for this saturday or play EU2.

Holidays are coming, anyone has a time for play? There are some rumors that we might have new stuff to test, also i found a new possible player "Buled" he is doing fine in HoIplayers in net games is from Warsaw and has energy for playing.
So, anyone willing to try some HOI2 MP gaming on some weekend this month? Or does everyone in Warsaw think HOI2 is a big let down? Perhaps a Starfire mod would help? Alternatively we can always try EU2 ...
