Was there a New Patch Today? (Unable to Auto-save)

My current game crashed, then I noticed Steam said CK3 was downloading and verifying files. Now, on every Jan 1st when the game should auto-save, it just hangs. It stays on Jan 1st. I changed the save interval to 5 years, but it still just stops. I'm going to try with no auto save and see what happens.

no update, could just be workshop, cloud, or cache

Steam will state that it is downloading/verifying when it is re-synching cloud/local saves or re-verifying shader cache-ing after a game shutdown, Especially after a hard shutdown.
