WATKABOI and other mods wont work

Please help me guys im trying to play EUII with mods but it normally starts i can choose a country and scenario but then it says cannot load monarchs and sometimes cannot load scenario what could be the problem?
and another question when i let WATKABOI install it creates 2 folders : 1 WATKABOI and the second one is GFX for what is this?

What exactly the message box tells you?
There should be written a reason (for example: DB mismatch id=3566). It would help us to identify the problem and help you better

What files are in the GFX folder? Name some of them.

It seems to work now after hours of trying i made it yeyyyyy

got 1 problem i took now azerbaijan and the game crashed
but when i take Nepal it runs normal i dont know what to do
