We need a change

I am sick and tired of my moron vassals attempting to massacre different culture/races and resulting in a revolt every 2 years, we need some way to tell them to stop or something, or prevent them from doing it in the first place like a law or a decision to put up a flag that says "No culture Conversion actions"

Edit: Also just had a thought in relation, perhaps have a related thing where you just keep other cultures enslaved like the Ayleid did to the Nedes instead of doing it through constant raiding
