How does the game calculate the weather effect? What does it depend on? So far I know that it depends on:
- climate (of course)
- region
- area
- hemisphere (high probability)
The hemisphere of the earth is an invisible strip, and the border runs along the border of provinces, ocean territories. It is not a straight line. It is strictly predetermined. This is a new discovery, it was discovered when southern Europe was shifted south of the equator and frosts began there from May to September. In the area of Italy and the Balkans. Although the climate there is warm and nothing was changed in the files, the weather calculated snow there. According to my calculations, nothing should have changed without changing the province file. But I suspect the hemispheres have changed.

Hence the next question, how can this be influenced? Is it openly available or hard-coded?

I know you can influence weather through event, like lunch rainy weather patern in X province or X region. It seems too that the weather in a province influence the weather in adjacet province but that's all I know about it...

I made a mistake with the equator line - it divides Denmark into halves. And this affects the temperate climate (France, Germany, Poland, southern England, part of Denmark, Austria, Czechoslovakia, Ukraine. That is, territories with a temperate climate north of the equator - winter begins as standard, and to the south, on the contrary - from May to September. This does not affect the mid-sea climate.
Why not put a line about the hemisphere in the Province file? Then it would be possible to change the equator line more flexibly.

I agree, but it looks very strange. I agree, but it looks very strange. Unfortunately I didn't take a screenshot yesterday to show this mess. Temperate climate is found only in Europe? And AI weather south of the equator calculates winter there in reverse. Although it's possible that the Falkland Islands are the place in the game where it snows in June, since it has a temperate climate.
