In that case I nominate @Kashked 's Imperator AAR Fabulae Romae - Tales of Rome

The Republic is in its death-throes

Thanks for the nomination. :D

The Republic is though, of course, Eternal and Holy, and shall never die. It's just an bit of a re-organization of the governmental principles going on at the moment... ;)

Being a most fair an unbiased person, and not a Romaboo at all... any accusations of my Romaboo-ness being utterly false... I have, by pure coincidence, and with no undue pressure from the Senate and People of Rome, chosen to pass on the weekly AAR showcase to another Roman playthrough... :p

Now, this is in a very different style to my own. While I happily just skip entire decades in my own narratives and focus mainly on matters of state, this is a very personal, a very human, story, that in 7 fairly substantial chapters so far have advanced time less than a year. I couldn't have written it myself if I tried, which is part of the reason I feel it deserves promotion. Furthermore I admire the balance between text and imagery and the attention to detail.

I am talking about Alae Imperatoris - A Roman story (The Fallen Eagles mod AAR) by @Silverio90
