Weekly AAR Showcase: Sons of the Phoenix: An Iberian Tale

Well, I'm certainly glad everyone likes my writing so much, I'll try to keep the pace of updates up but Christmas will probably slow things down a bit due to both being busy with visiting and family and the possibility that I might get a few games like Civilization IV or RTW:Barbarian Invasion that will occupy my spare time for a few days while I check them out. Still, I shall endeavour to keep a high-quality and reasonably good speed of updates in the future, in fact I'll get to work on a new update right now.

Hmm ... who to pick as my successor?

My I pause one moment to congratulate you on the award of such a prestigious title as "Weekly AAR Showcase". It is richly deserved and I have liked the story so far, even if my beloved Empire did get a hammering. Keep up the good work. I'm sure they'll be more accolades to come you way.

Well, after much thought and consideration, I have chosen the next AAR to be installed in the weekly showcase: Dark Shadow; A Fascist Britain AAR

A truly impressive combination of a deep and complex alternate history, based around, as the title would imply, a United Kingdom that has been taken over by fascism, and the actions of various comic book characters. Certainly makes for a somewhat strange but undeniably interesting read.

Well done Jape.
 
Thank You very much CQ, this is indeed an honour, especially for an AAR about men in spandex. Thanks also to everyone else who reads and comments on my AAR because without you I would have little reason to continue it.

PS- a special thanks to Cthulhu for his French AAR that inspired me to go ahead with my Fascist cum Superhero idea
