Using the 9.1 beta version because I couldn't get the 9.0 to load. Everything seems to work perfectly, haven't even had any crashing issues. There is, however, one bug that baffles me (and it's game breaking): I can't declare war on anyone.
Playing as a Lys-Pirate (Sunstone Island, to be precise) and I've got troops, ships, and well over the prerequisite 100 prestige. I can select target rulers and open the dialog for "Declare War" and the "Send" button isn't grayed out or anything. I hit "Send" and.... nothing happens. No war begins. I figured at first it might be like "Personal Interaction" used to be and I had to wait a few days but nope - even a month later nothing has happened.
Anyone else have this problem? Anyone got any suggestions on a fix or, at the very least, a workaround?
