when i'm in freebuild mode I can't deploy drs or orderlies from the deploy screen it says "requires warden" which I have to have to unlock the chief to unlock deployment tab anyway this bug doesn't effect campaign, or pre built maps or even freebuild if I start with bureaucracy already unlocked didn't happen on my last prison all worked fine but now 70hrs in its totally bust i've wiped all save data tried playing with no DLC completely removed the game from my system and re-downloaded doesn't make a difference I basically can never play free mode unless I want to play with bureaucracy fully unlocked (boring)
