I've made it myself, among others that have the same problem while others don't. All are inside the maximum size allowed and all are .bmp. So I can't figure it out why some work and others don't. Anyone have any clue on what is wrong? Any help is appreciated.
I encountered this problem as well. It seems certain images appear that way in particular resolutions. First thing I usually do is set the DPI to 72. If it doesn't work, try resizing the image a bit.
