Has anyone else noticed anything weird happening with their levies or garrison in the latest patch? I've noticed mine doing all kinds of weird things, ranging from
1.) not actually complete, it will fill up to about the last man, and then n
ever finish, so my levy will never fill
2.) keep radically changing. I've noticed my levy fling itself from 10k to 200 men over a year period, and keep fluxuating between those over the years, despite me never going to war.
3.) My levy reinforcement rate also seems to fluxuate, going from about 10% down to 2-5% for no apparent reason. I dont touch anything, but the closer my garrison gets to full, the slower it seems to go.
I've strapped one of my files onto this thread for anyone that wants to try and validate this.
