That's because of the year.
Badboy limit is 0 around 750 (+- several years, I don't remember correctly now).
Any earlier year causes negative badboy limit.
I don't know whether it can be fixed without changing the year

You could do what the 476 scenario people did, which is add a 1 before all dates. Their scenario ran from (1)476 to (1)819.
