Just realized, 4 out of 6 of the madchemist clan were winners this game.

Just give clues to one role or trait or who/what/that the player was visited.
Could also use teh Daffius model where you can get anyting from a red herring over nothing, vague hints, strong hints, to practically a confirmation.
No idea if Happy did that.
Some spy reports shoudl be really strong. Others should be worthless, and some even misleading.

Now that the games over: Did you guys know/suspect I was the seer or was that hunt on me just dumb luck?
Switched hunt to you last second. Original hunt was going to be sleepyhead that night (and also night 2), I switched that one to panzer.

Panzer I thought was village and wanted to hit a villager with the hunt - seriously, well played to him.

Avernite and I pegged sleepy either wolf or important goodie early. He was thus originally our next target. With two minutes left I switched the hunt to you - you seemed villagerish with your posting analysis but only posted once per day so I figured you were a decent target.

Tldr: I wanted to be fairly sure of hitting a goodie with our second hunt, and thought you a probable goodie with a better than likely chance of being an important one.

I don't usually use Spy when I host but IIRC I have used 33% strong clue (but only to one thing), 33% weaker clue, 33% RPing nonsense base on RPing character (but not deliberatly misleading)

EDIT: My first win since January 2016! :)

Didn't someone make some joke about a chemist clan pack? And then there actually kind of was one... spooky.

Anyway, yeah - 14/15 baddies out of 36 isn't bad, but too many cultists (assuming you're using the usual cultist rules and not, say, the Vainglory rules) spoil the soup, or whatever.

I didn't expect it to be over this quickly, purple pack was pretty dominant!

Yep, I was the GA, but I felt pretty useless all game, as by the time I had made contact with the JL, we had already lost the seer and then lost the priest the following night. At that point, there wasn't much left for me to protect, so I decided to go out on a limb and try to at least build some kind of a voting block. I did figure that probably there was a infiltrator in the midst, as all three of the people I contacted (@Jacksonian Missionary, @alynkio, @LatinKaiser) had claimed priestly powers! I was just hoping that there would have been a more balanced baddie infighting going on, but apparently all the cultists sold out their masters to the purple pack (or so I figure).

Was the seer lost due to a sorc scan (or SA), or just by random luck?

The balancing issues aside, it was still a good fun, thanks for hosting @happycats517!
I figured that priest powers was too easy of a claim, it's hilarious that alyniko who was the apprentice to the apprentice also claimed priest.
Jackson was set to be priest-scanned by De Chat, who was distillered the night I died, and shot the next night. :(

Had the scan gone off, we could've at least eliminated him, too.
That's funny, because pretty much after that night I was able to basically act like a baddie but knew there were too many baddies to actually lynch me. Rather unlucky on your part.

Rip the Yellow pack, but hooray for the baddies!

Yeah, balance was off this game.

The only way that you should be able to see 9 winners in a game is if the Villager plays perfectly and ties nothing but wolves and other baddies each day well every single hunt also hit a baddie.

A wolf pack winning with 9 players in a 36 player game means that the Village never had a chance here, as noted they played fairly well, and you can't expect them to do well even if the village is nothing but seers and priests, because they will find a way to mess things up.

Wolves should win around 3 or 4 players in a 36 player game if they do fairly well. Winning with the entire pack should be considered a perfect game for them. Winning with more then twice their pack in allies then they started with, it quite clear they would have had to do something like post their entire pack list in the thread at the start to lose this game.

Even then I am not sure they would have lost...

I do admit, I thought you had been insanely lucky to scan 2 wolves in your short lifespan (and then ramius fell to another scanning power) but looking back I guess it was to be expected.

Unlucky for you that you scanned the one wolf who could snatch away the lynch for a day. Nice work by @madchemist for noticing the possibility and ruining the glorious tie :(

Still:
PURPLE WINS! WOOOOO!

Happy cats is a pioneer in fun balancing the game.

The village can only blame itself for not finding the werewolves.

We won the argument.

Oh yeah, should I assume that the thing about fake outing me wasn't actually a thing?

Thank you for hosting mr Happycats.

This game was certainly impossible for the village. When I could contact Alxeu safely we only had the GA (Jopi) and nothing more. I didn't expect they having another shot that's for true, anyway my survival couldn't change too much. I was scanning Jackson but first was destilled and second shoted, so I couldn't scan him at the end. Anyway it was a lost cause with so many baddies, so many unattached and so many powers in the baddie side.

Thanks for GMing, happycats. Your updates were timely, everything was executed well, and you proved Werewolf isn't dead just yet by attracting 36 players.

10. tamius23 -- Throwaway against Cody/Me day 1, quiet vote against HDK day 2, voted against Chieron-Capi day 3 to forestall a sub. On HDK again yesterday. I like Tamius, and her case against HDK did make sense. Still, I get the sense she might just be dialing it in as a baddie. The Capibara vote especially seemed to be a dodge on taking a real stand. Hasn't really had a lot of attention yet either. No role claim.

Guilty. Yeah, I was absolutely phoning it in here. It kind of got to the point late on where I was trying not to appear as a goodie too much, because I didn't want to get hunted and the baddies controlled the lynch anyway. Not sure I deserve a win for that performance.

Shoutout to Jopi for throwing one hell of a Hail Mary right at the end. I wonder: how long was the Purple Pack running things behind the scenes? And how did they know that Jopi was the GA? Even I never knew that.

Jopi was spy scanned. By Marco, I think; I'd scanned him too but by the time I was in contact with Johho he already knew.

Could also use teh Daffius model where you can get anyting from a red herring over nothing, vague hints, strong hints, to practically a confirmation.
No idea if Happy did that.

I really liked the Werewolf Live concept, with the map of people's houses and stuff. I'd like to see that again sometime.

If I could make a recommendation to improve future games, it would be: no more innkeeper/cloak. It really frustrates people when baddies don't die, and leads to days of inaction that aren't fun.

I knew about Jopi being the GA but I didn't tell to anybody. I didn't trust for a second in the "concerned citizens". It's not like that matters much anyway. I had Jopi's protection and Chieron padre powers but the baddies had one more shot so...

No, but no one's saying anything.

Please explain that now that it's over.

If people do not explain, I will convene the Werewolf Parliament to investigate!

It was pretty obvious that it was a risk. I wasn't around at deadline, so couldn't do anything there. But reading the thread when I came back I immediately spotted the danger too.
Btw, I actually mentioned the mass cloaking to MC when I talked to him in PMs. So that might have been part of why he did that mass TIE prevention.
You can pass me a note, should you so desire. As you say it doesn't prove anything, except that you told the truth about being restless. And yeah, it is a pretty useless trait in most cases. Kinda like the cloak, but even less useful. Though, it can be used well in some cases, like how you used the cloak to cloak your guild and institute a major TIE.

Post of the game:

If its youtube you just post the link directly into the chat
What do you want?

No, when I claimed Comm Cody and found out he was Restless we wanted to just mess with the village and sent some false info (Arkasas is a baddie or something along that line, possibly disguised as a spy report?) to someone (marco, I think) hoping the recepient would fake out you. Can't remember why we picked you but the whole thing fell apart since you died before the note reach anyone. But I think it might still have confused Marco the cultist and his master Cliges the wolf.
