I think we should focus on Jackpot and Walrus for now. EUROO is away from the game so not an immediate threat.

Tying 2 of them disables them to save themselves since all they could do is vote each other. If they do that they lose control of the vote. If they don't they lose anyway. The only solution for them would be that one sacrificed himself, and this is rather inappropriate for any.


SO PEOPLE!!! VOTE EITHER Jackpot or Walrus!!!!!

VOTE JACKPOT

Rysz, vote Jackpot. That'll be 5 to 5. Then if jackpot votes Walrus it's 5 to 6. Then one of us unvotes Walrus it's 5 to 5. Walrus votes Jackpot it's 6 to 5. Then guy that unvoted re-votes Walrus: 6 to 6. At this point whoever between Jackpot or Walrus that changes his vote dies. WIN!!!

Wolf! Setting up a snipe situation where you can save yourself is probably one of the most obvious baddie tells.

He votes himself so he can untie himself once the tie has been reached with jackpot.

Currently Walrus is on the lead with 6. Jackpot is 3.

Assume 3 more people vote jackpot. It's tie. Walrus unvotes himself and votes jackpot: jackpot dies. But!! Jackpot could vote Walrus, and thus re-tie. Or if nothing happens Walrus dies anyways. If they're both in the same pack then it's a noble sacrifice.

Boris do switch to jackpot.

EDIT 2: Jackpot, if you don't tie Walrus you'll let a wolf that'll hurt your pack escape. You've been outed if you want to save some chances for your pack you'd better do it.

NO...

What you do is set it up so it's a tie, and put yourself in a situation so if there's a votesnipe you can beat him.

So you would vote Jackpot. If he switches off of himself and onto Jackpot you switch off Jackpot and onto him. If he switches off himself and onto random third party you switch off Jackpot and onto random third party.

Your setup right now means that you would be UNABLE to counter snipe if we get into a situation where walrus and Jackpot were tied.

I figure I'm probably asleep by the time that it's deadline, so I am unable to counter snipe anyway. OTherwise I'd have set up the situation ofcourse. Now I prevent walrus from saving himself.

Rysz I want you to switch your vote to Jackpot15 if you plan to be counter sniping, and I want one more person to put their vote on Jackpot15 so we can have a tie set up.

EDIT: OK... that's fine Rysz. I just want SOMEBODY to post in the thread if they will be available to counter snipe... so we can plan this.

We need somebody to switch from walrus to Jackpot... NOW...

Once that happens, we need either someone new to put their vote in for Jackpot, or we need someone to move their vote from walrus onto a third party.

(And please, check my votecount and make sure I haven't made a mistake)

Someone changes from Walrus to jackpot = 6 to 5, with Walrus on himself. That gives Walrus the votesnipe ability. We just need to be smarter than him at that time then. I'll let joeb deal the snipe on walrus.

EDIT: Ok here's the plan!! We need to put Walrus two votes ahead. If he doesn't change his vote he dies alone. If he changes to jackpot they both die.

I am doing well, but I don't expect that to last forever :)
And this 4 wolf outing thing is not quite my handywork - we have the former apprentice doing some insane good scan work to thank for that.

If you're still here Rysz, I want you to switch your vote onto EUROO7. Then it will be a 5-5 tie...

I am ready and able to do the countersnipes. I don't want anyone else to try and attempt a countersnipe, it will lead to overcompensation and therefore no tie.
